Have you ever wondered, “Is God on my side? Is He truly for me, with me, and committed to my good?” When we look to scripture we see that the clear answer is a resounding YES. But it can be hard to believe that’s true when we are grappling with illness, broken dreams, loneliness, and other hardships.
What we see in the Gospel of John is a savior who enters into our stories and our pain, who is with us in disappointment, discouragement, and exhaustion, and who invites us to draw near to him and experience the hope and joy of his presence.
