Sunday Gatherings

9am & 10:45am

We gather each week to experience God as a large community and all of our services feature the same live music and teaching.

  • First, service kicks off with a few songs. If you don’t know the words, no sweat – we have them on the screen for you.
  • Next, we update everyone on what’s happening around Willamette.
  • After that, one of our pastors will come up and share a relevant and practical Bible-centered message.
  • Finally, we take communion together and sing a couple more songs. Communion is available to anyone who follows Jesus Christ – you don’t need to be baptized or a member of our church to participate.

Sponsor a Child through Africa New Life

At Africa New Life, we believe that access to education is the key to helping children break out of poverty. For that reason, educational sponsorship is the heart of our ministry. Today, more than 10,000 students are sponsored across Rwanda. Africa New Life has two top-priority goals for each student we work with: to help them complete high school or a vocational equivalent and to bring them into a loving relationship with and knowledge of Christ.

Sponsorship commitments help families by assisting them with school fees, which allows them to pay for other expenses. Sponsored students receive a school uniform and scholastic materials. They are encouraged to attend monthly Center Days, where they enjoy a meal, play games, and hear about Christ, as well as an annual Christian camp. Sponsorship additionally covers basic medical needs that fall outside of government-sponsored insurance, so sponsored students have a greater access to health care.

Willamette Kids

We have fun, dynamic experiences available at both of our services for your children. All kids, birth through fifth grade, experience safe and fun environments where they can grow in relationship with their friends, leaders, and God. The Bible is taught in creative and relevant ways for your child’s age and development.

We would love for your family to join us at Willamette Kids! When you arrive, just come upstairs to the check-in area and we will gladly assist you to get your child checked into their class. We will enter your child’s name, birthdate, and any allergy information into the computer in order to print a secure name tag and parent code. You will also be given a Connection Card so we can gather your family’s basic information.

For more information, including details on our check-in process and safety, check out Willamette Kids.

Students

During our 11am service our Middle School students gather in the Aux, a large gathering space just down the main hallway. Your 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will get to participate in an experience consisting of fun games, energizing music, relevant teaching, and relational connection. If you're looking for the Aux, one of our Guest Services volunteers would be happy to show you the way! For more information, check out Willamette Students Middle School.

Our High School students meet every Wednesday night at 7pm. On Sundays we encourage high school students to join their parents in our auditorium for main services. For more information, check out Willamette Students High School.
