Register today to join us for a weekend together in beautiful Seaside, Oregon, where we will develop new connections, deepen old ones, and discover that we do truly belong in this community together. Women’s Community at Willamette is where we gather together and seek to know, love, and follow Jesus through worship and connection with one another. This retreat is for every woman at WCC. We hope you’ll feel known, loved, and encouraged here.
We will have options to book an entire room for multiple registrants or an individual spot in a shared room. Shared rooms for individual registrants start at $245.
If you need a medical accommodation that requires you to have a single room, such as the use of a CPAP machine, click here to request this type of room (at a cost of $395).

Whole Rooms Booked Together - $670-$965
Select this option if you want to make sure your group stays together! With this option you can book a room for 2 - 4 people, pay the entire amount for everyone in your room, and name each registrant.
Single Guests in Shared Rooms - $245-$340
Select this option if you:
Want to be matched with new friends to share a room with.
Know who you want to room with, but only want to pay your portion. You will have a chance to name who you’d like to stay with and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Access to the retreat, two nights at the Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort in Seaside, Oregon, one catered dinner, one breakfast, snacks and other supplies, & fun!
See the hotel’s website for more info but here are a few: free parking, smoke-free facility, indoor pool & hot tub, free wifi, elevator, business center, gym, ADA rooms available, cafe and bistro in the hotel, beach access, refrigerator in your room.
Money to go out to eat in Seaside for breakfast and lunch on Friday, warm clothing (expect rain), beach attire (again, expect it to rain), swimsuit (indoor pool/hot tub), Bible, toiletries, sleepwear, and any other personal comforts that would help you enjoy your weekend at the beach!

Yes. We require a deposit of $145 for an individual spot in a shared room, and if you would like to pay the rest in a payment plan, we will email you reminders to log in and pay your balance.
