What We Offer
The Pacific Northwest is known for its beauty, coffee, food scene, and for being on the leading edge of the post-Christian frontier. Some have claimed that the PNW is 20 years ahead of the rest of the country on the secularization curve. So, it is no surprise that ministering in the PNW can be challenging.
Coaching
For more than 10 years, we have helped churches and para-church organizations overcome barriers to growth, increase in health, and remain on mission. Avoiding a “one size fits all” approach, our team has led single or multi-day strategic planning retreats, provided merger and adoption support, designed staff unity/harmony plans, managed succession and transition initiatives, led board and governance trainings, and oversaw finance and human resources support.
Connection
The list of things that are trying to separate us feels like it is exponentially growing. From algorithms to echo chambers, the forces at work attempting to isolate and separate us are powerful. We desire to remain UnFractured in our commitment to fight to remain unified in Jesus. From one-on-ones over coffee, to monthly pastor gatherings, to retreats and conferences, we know we are always better when we are together.
Care
Healthy churches start with healthy pastors. One of the best ways to strengthen the church is by supporting its leaders with the care and resources they need. Being a pastor on the post-Christian frontier can feel overwhelming, isolating, or make someone hesitant to seek help. Whether it’s rest, guidance, or practical help, we provide direct support or, in some cases, collaborate with experts and partners to make sure pastors have what they need to flourish in life and ministry.
