The Hub for Pastoral and Ministry Flourishing
Who We Are
Healthy pastors lead to healthy churches, and healthy churches lead to healthy communities. When pastors and ministry leaders struggle, churches suffer—and so do the communities they serve. We exist to help pastors and organizational leaders cultivate healthy relationships with God, their ministries, and themselves. Our hope is simple: to see more thriving leaders and more vibrant churches. We believe the local church, at its best, is one of God’s primary means of renewal in the world.
The Hub comes alongside pastors and ministry leaders to provide companionship, guidance, and practical support. We’ve gathered trusted practitioners and proven resources into one place to offer curated pathways toward greater health and effectiveness. Unlike national networks or one-dimensional programs, The Hub provides a locally rooted, relational ecosystem of support that integrates coaching, care, and companionship in one streamlined pathway.
What We Offer
COACHING | Strengthening Leaders and the Organizations They Serve
We provide strategic guidance to help churches and Christian nonprofits grow in clarity, alignment, and effectiveness. Through assessments, leadership intensives, governance training, succession planning, and organizational consulting, we help leaders clear the barriers to growth in order to build resilient, mission-focused ministries.
Our approach is tailored—not formulaic—so every plan reflects your context, your calling, and your capacity.
CARE | Restoring the Leader Behind the Leadership
Ministry can be deeply meaningful—and intensely draining. We create clear pathways for pastors and nonprofit leaders to experience healing, renewal, and sustainable rhythms. Through counseling referrals, spiritual direction, marriage enrichment, sabbatical coaching, and restorative get-aways, we help you prioritize your spiritual and emotional health.
Healthy organizations begin with healthy leaders.
COMPANIONSHIP | Walking with Leaders in Shared Mission
Pastoring in the Northwest can feel isolating. We cultivate enduring relationships so no leader carries the weight of ministry by themselves. Through one-on-one conversations, pastoral cohorts, regional gatherings, retreats, and collaborative spaces, we help you find relational depth, mutual encouragement, and shared resilience.
One shouldn’t lead alone, we’re in this together.
Our Process
The journey begins with our team connecting with you to understand your needs and identify current or potential obstacles. We take a concierge approach to each relationship and together with you, create a plan that will lead to greater personal and organizational health. In this process, we will walk the path with you.
Anyone can get a free consultation from The Hub. From there, the cost of each plan is clearly outlined. The heart behind what we do is to make each path affordable and accessible. Most of our resources are subsidized, and additional discounts are available. We value transformation over transaction. There will be no surprises—what you see is what you get.
