What's your favorite thing about WCC?
Willamette has the vision to create a space for all people to know, love, and follow Jesus. They do this by creating an excellent Sunday experience coupled with great opportunities to be in the community. I love the people, the staff has always inspired me and the Fun culture to share the Joy of Jesus with the people of Portland and beyond.

What’s your favorite thing to do on your days off?
I brew beer, Own a CrossFit Gym and spend time with my amazing wife Amy while she spends time training and spending her time with Guide Dogs. We love being able to host a monthly Dinner for Eight.
If you could have a superpower for a day, what would it be and why?
I would teleport anywhere in the world or be invisible...

Favorite Bible verse and why?
Gal. 2:20 - This first verse I memorized reminds me of the Grace I have in Jesus and I get to live out HIS love because I am not the same... He lives in me!

Emails, excel spreadsheet and all things that have to do with numbers
What's the funniest nickname you've ever been given, and how did you earn it?
I have many nicknames - Richie, Rich, Richard, Rico and the Bishop (from the men in my men's community group) and my Grandma called me RikRaak.
