Join a journey towards becoming spiritually whole, Gospel-discerning, and equipped to navigate an uncertain future and finish well.
Pastoral leadership is broken. Our culture is in a state of complex disruption and uncertainty. Leaders need a fresh way to be supported, nourished, mentored and cared for, or Churches and organizations will continue to suffer.
There are no roadmaps for our current moment. But we believe in a community of true peers with seasoned guides in a setting of hospitality and support where leaders can find a more holistic path forward. We have a clear purpose: to help you last, thrive, and lead with integrity to Jesus.
What you'll receive:
A relational ecosystem for deep friendship with your peers, time and investment from proven leaders, and ongoing spiritual and leadership formation in a community of leaders who share your vision to finish well.
Gatherings
You will gather with other leaders – a circle of peers critical to our transformation. We are formed and refined in community.
Each participant is both a co-learner and co-teacher.
We will gather in beautiful settings to decompress and be refreshed by nature, great food, honest conversation, and Jesus’ welcome. Our desire is that you experience communion with God, creation, and friends.
Cohort schedule: 7 one-day 9 am-5pm intensives, and 1 summer family day (2 hour coaching calls on the months we don't meet)
We want you and your family to flourish in an uncertain and complex culture, as you experience life-giving community and healing resources in a safe and supportive environment.
Cost $3,000 (payment options available)
