Caring Together Fair

Hosted by New Hope Church and community health nurse Sharon Hofer, RN. Learn how to navigate and advocate in the healthcare system, as well as what to do in a medical emergency, during hospitalization, and at discharge. Workshops will provide information about dementia, Alzheimer's, and other conditions that lead to cognitive impairment, such as Parkinson's; legal and financial planning for your future; and a broad range of additional topics.
