Willamette Kids greeters are the first faces parents see as they drop off their little ones at their classrooms. Greeters answer any questions that parents have as they check in their child.

Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable of Willamette Kids. Complete background check. Serve one service, attend one service.

Commitment: Serve during one service, either every week or every other week.

If you enjoy holding, playing, and nurturing these tiny humans while their parents are downstairs enjoying adult worship, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Commitment: Serve during one service; one month on and one month off.

K-5th grade small group leader helps ensure that every child knows 3 basic truths before middle school: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated. You could be that person who pours into the lives of this up & coming generation. We would love for you to come and see what Willamette Kids is all about!

Commitment: Serve every week (preferred); every other week commitment may be available.

Willamette Kids' large group leaders are great at telling stories and connecting with young ones, so kids are hearing Biblical truths in an engaging and memorable way.

Requirements: Outgoing, gifted in storytelling and creativity. Complete background check.

Commitment: Serve once a month.

Midweek leaders help make sure Willamette Kids' services goes off without a hitch. These volunteers take time during the week to make sure each classroom is organized, and all the curriculum activities are prepped and ready to get into the hands of our kids on Sunday!

Requirements: Dependable, well-organized, and enthusiastic in supporting Willamette Kids staff.

Commitment: Once a week for approximately 2 hours

Preschool leaders engage children as they begin grasping simple truths about how much Jesus loves them, and encourage the development of relationships between peers and leaders.

Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable of Willamette Kids. Complete background check. Serve one service, attend one service.

Commitment: Serve every week (preferred); every other week commitment may be available.

Willamette Kids substitutes are people who are trained to know the ropes of Willamette Kids and are able to step in when a regular weekly leader isn't able to be there for their assigned service. Outgoing, flexible kid-loving people look here!

Requirements: Subs are trained to fill in when classroom leaders are unavailable. Able to provide consistency to the Sunday experience for kids. Complete background check.

Commitment: As needed; normally about once a month

Willamette Kids tech leaders help our large group time run smoothly by taking care of lights, audio, and video needs. If you are comfortable with technology (training provided), then there is a spot for you on the team!

Requirements: Friendly, Outgoing, Comfortable with technology.

Commitment: Serve once a month

Willamette Kids worship leaders lead worship in our large group environment. When Willamette Kids worship, they sing at the top of their lungs and dance! You don't have to play an instrument; energy and enthusiasm are all you need!

Requirements: The ability to play a musical instrument is welcomed, but not necessary. Must be full of energy and able to lead Willamette Kids in worship with song and movement that is relevant and meaningful

Commitment: Serve once a month
